Our vineyard is spread over steep slopes of Špičnik where the grapes are exposed to sunlight throughout the ripening period.

Even at the winter cut, we outline the process of cultivation and cut the vines into one vine shoot, thus achieving a smaller load of the vine, which is a prerequisite for quality and full wines. Largely, we do the green work manually and carefully, as this is the only way to monitor the development of the vine throughout the year. It is important to know at the right time what the vine needs and what is happening to it.

It is our pride and challenge to cultivate a vineyard that has been the most photographed vineyard in Slovenia in recent years. This is why we make every effort to keep it well cultivated and carefully handled.
